Doubletree By Hilton Dulles Airport-Sterling Hotel

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The staff provided top-notch service in all areas we visited, from the front desk to the restaurant. The room was beautiful, and the bed and shower were the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. The water pressure and massage shower head were excellent, and the high king size bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the warm chocolate cookie we received at check-in, it really added to the luxury and perfection of our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We highly recommend it to friends and family looking for a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

During my stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was impressed by the efficient and reliable shuttle service provided by the hotel. I had initially chosen this hotel because of its proximity to Dulles airport and the complimentary shuttle service, and I must say, I was not disappointed. The shuttle arrived promptly at the airport and the driver, Georges Kablan Degnan, went above and beyond to assist me and my wife. He not only drove us to various places during our stay, but also helped us retrieve our forgotten luggage from the airport. Georges was courteous, professional, and his background as an Olympic sprinter was truly fascinating. Thanks to the great shuttle service and Georges' exceptional care, our visit was made truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that were very comfortable. the breakfast provided was also great, offering a good selection of food. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway for easy travel.

The service at the restaurant was very slow and the staff seemed to be disorganized. It took a long time to get served and orders were often incorrect.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. The cafeteria in the hotel had a great selection and the food was delicious. We have been to many hotels before, but this one definitely had the best breakfast buffet. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful surrounding area.

One negative aspect we experienced was the slow service at the front desk. Sometimes it took a while for us to get assistance, which was a bit frustrating.
